BJP gives Baluni communications brief as party reshuffles state responsibilities

The Bharatiya Janata Party has elevated Lok Sabha MP Anil Baluni to the role of overall coordinator for communications, with responsibility spanning social media, television and print media. The appointment was announced by BJP national president Nitin Nabin as part of a broader reshuffle of state in-charges.

In the same reorganisation, party vice-president Ram Madhav has been assigned oversight of Uttarakhand, a state heading towards polls. The dual announcement signals the party's intent to sharpen both its outreach machinery and its ground management in electorally significant states.
