Apple opens claims for $250m Siri settlement — eligible users can receive up to $95
US owners of iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 16 models bought before March 2025 have until 21 December to file a claim.
Apple has begun accepting claims as part of a $250 million settlement linked to delayed artificial intelligence features on its Siri voice assistant. Eligible claimants stand to receive $25 per qualifying device, with total payouts potentially reaching $95 per person.
The settlement covers US customers who purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model between 10 June 2024 and 29 March 2025. Those wishing to participate must submit their claims before the 21 December deadline to be considered for a payout.
