Three persons have been arrested in connection with the death of a senior citizen in Tirupattur, police confirmed. The accused were subsequently produced before a court and remanded to judicial custody.
All three have been lodged at Central Prison in Vellore. Further investigations into the circumstances surrounding the elderly person's death are under way.
