Aaditya Thackeray rejects defamation notice from Satish Salian
The Sena (UBT) MLA has refuted allegations that two social media posts he published were defamatory to Satish Salian.
Aaditya Thackeray has hit back at a defamation notice served on him by Satish Salian, firmly rejecting the allegation that he had damaged Salian's reputation through his online posts.
Salian had sent the Sena (UBT) legislator the notice on 17 September, claiming that two posts published by Thackeray had defamed him. Thackeray has since responded to the notice, disputing the claim in full.
The exchange marks a fresh flashpoint between the two figures, with Thackeray showing no sign of backing down from the position he took in the posts at the centre of the dispute.
